Make Goals and Plans for

Scripture Study

As we get started with a new school year, consider making a goal and plan to get more from your personal or family scripture study. Whether you would like to be more consistent with daily searching the scriptures or improve your focus and engagement with the scriptures, making a plan can bring blessings, and following that plan invites revelation.

• Study Strategies (to help make regular study more interesting, if that’s a struggle for you.)

• A Self-Guided Study About Studying the Scriptures (from the recent New Testament Seminary manual. Has a scripture study evaluation sheet and several resource links.)

• Watch Bednar Video: Advice for Studying Scriptures

• Explore the “My Home” dashboard on your personal account on the church website. Add something from the “Inspiration” page to your “My Favorites” page.
